Beginning Crochet: Zero to Confident

New to crochet or looking to build a solid foundation?  This two-part series takes your from zero experience to confidently working through your own patterns---no prior crochet knowledge needed.

Join us for two sessions at The Knotty Goat where we'll build your skills step by step across both classes.

Class 1:  We'll start from the very beginning----slipknot, chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, and bind off.  By the end of this session, you'll have the core stitches down and be ready to build on them.

Class 2:  With your foundaitional stitches in hand, we'll move into reading a crochet chart and following a written pattern---the skills that unlock any crochet project you want to tackle next.

Across both classes, you'll put your new skills to work on a coordination pair of coasters, giving you a finished project (and a handy reference) to take home.
